Maaaaaaaaan….IdEVENk where to start with this story….*BIG SIGH*…Ok. So as yall know I have embarked on this new…high profile, sex and the city, BIG pimpin’, Jiggy Dating life right???? …. Well so far it’s been closer to Ugly Betty’s love life than to Carrie’s. And you wanna know why? Because I broke my cardinal rule – “Thou shalt not REVISITETH any guy from your pasteth”

Scene One- “Look me in my eyes…I’ve changed!”

So I got a random text the other day from …lets call him Pitch. So I got a text message from Pitch. Initially I didn’t want to respond because although I had deleted his number from my phone I still remembered it. See Pitch is the epitome of arrogance. Hes spoiled, overly confident, abrasive,a know it all (even more so than me) and THEE most selfish person I have EVER met in my whole life, so in others words PERFECT for me! Well the old me at least. You see for some time now I made it my business to only give the wrong men a chance. The one’s who presented the greatest challenge, so that when I conquered them I would feel like I had accomplished something and they would be my prize trophy! Needless to say…in the long run the score is JERKS:1 QUANI:0!

Anywho, back to Pitch… Pitch must have been having a slow day in “Hoe-town” so he decided to mosey on over “Princess-Land” where he once was next in line for King. He went on and on about how he had messed up and how much his life had changed…in the last two months *Side Eye*. So I sat back and listened as I filed and painted my nails a perfect “Plush” Pink! “What’s your point sir?” I asked irritably after while. “I really miss you and want to see you” He responded. I took a few minutes and weighed the pros and cons of this possibility. Eventually I told him ok. We could chill…as old friends…watch a movie (in the livingroom), Play some Wii (in the livingroom) Reminisce about the good times (in the livingroom) and then he could take himself back to “Hoe-town” where Mrs. Naïve would be waiting for him to get home. He too took a few moments to think about this proposal. “Ard…I’ll be there in a half” he said….Question….Should I go file a missing persons report? Because he still hasn’t shown up. SMH…
